About Us
A family-run company, father and son team John and Alex formed AJM Construction 11 years ago. Construction has been in the McAlees family for longer, spanning three generations, with John bringing over 40 years of experience to the industry.
Both level 3 qualified and with a friendly local team, Alex and John have built a reputation for quality construction across Berkshire.
John
John was initially trained as a bricklayer by his dad and has worked in construction ever since.
When he’s not busy crafting quality homes, John can be found on the dancefloor with his wife, demonstrating the same level of expertise in Latin and Ballroom dancing as in construction.
Alex
Alex has been in the building trade for 11 years, working closely with John and carrying on the family trade.
When he’s not busy working on quality construction projects, Alex enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and enjoying days out around Berkshire. A keen drummer, Alex uses his strong foundational skills to lay down solid beats.
